What is the role?

Ultimately you will step up to become an integral supporting team member for the Reservation team, helping us to deliver innovative and ambitious solutions to our client's briefs. Whilst a core part of your role is working collectively with the team to deliver required buying results across our portfolio of TV campaigns, you'll be expected to contribute to the production of media plans and briefing our media partners.

Your AV (Reservation) knowledge will be developed by keeping up to date with industry news ( i.e. Campaign, Media Week), as well as attending relevant industry events. With increasing autonomy, you will support the team by producing and sharing relevant marketplace updates, such as TV programme performance, Box Office numbers or event calendars. Proactivity to deliver marketplace news for the team and clients is expected. Ultimately, as an Executive in the team, you will be relieving pressure from more senior team members whilst they focus on more advanced strategic or investment tasks, or client meetings. With stronger exposure to all aspects of the role and channels within our remit, your knowledge will develop to enable you to start planning campaigns with support.

Day to day you will be expected to:

  • Support your team to contribute to the direction of the Reservation Department and ensure that our approach, attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional
  • Deliver required work within agreed timelines
  • Support the team with audience research, enabling us to build effective media plans
  • Contribute to media strategies through day to day application of Audience planning tools (i.e. Telmar ) as well as TV and Video reporting tools (i.e. Media Ocean and Techedge )
  • Learn to plan across your channels, with support from your Reservation Manager

Who are you?

  • You have a passion and strong interest in the TV, Video and Audio market
  • Hands on when it comes to buying and delivering campaigns for your client set
  • A solid grounding to start building external and internal relationships, through regular face to face meetings and phone calls
