Working within our Zurich Private Clients team, you will underwrite Personal Lines High Net Worth risks across both home and motor products. You will work with Brokers to support their customers and work as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. If you pride yourself in providing excellent customer outcomes every day, then you could be the perfect fit. Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with Brokers in support of business retention, acquisition, and their customers insurance needs.
- Support Zurich's culture by demonstrating trading and negotiation behaviours.
- Analysis of exposures and risk o ensure they meet the organisations appetite.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on New Business, Mid Term Adjustment and Renewals.
- Daily discussions with brokers demonstrating a desire to win and retain business, alongside managing key tasks such as mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Be an active team member contributing to the ongoing success of the Private Clients business.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry/Financial Services and the legal and regulatory environment is preferable but not essential.
- Able to prioritise workload and stay organised.
- Team player.
- Strong skills in relationship building, active listening, needs analysis and win-win negotiating.
- Great attitude with a willingness to learn.
