About the role

  • Reporting directly to the Company Founder & CEO
  • Working in an entrepreneurial environment, alongside a successful entrepreneurial team

Specific responsibilities

  • Proactively develop an outsourced recruitment function towards a more value add offering, strategically thinking on a number of areas as; recruitment branding, market positioning, candidate experience, analysis of effective hires, future hiring needs and cost saving.
  • Preparation of business plan outlining three-year business unit direction, execution and strategy
  • In partnership with the Commercial Director, accountability for outsourced revenue and full P&L responsibility
  • Overseeing the end to end hiring processes for client graduate recruitment programmes
  • Present relevant market intelligence to the hiring leaders, working in an end to end capacity to cover multiple business areas and grades and responsible for the strategic development of the business unit to add value and best service to the business

Requirements

We expect all candidates to meet the following essential requirements:

  • 6+ years recruitment/outsourcing experience with demonstrative successes in a corporate environment, ideally with RPO and team management experience
  • An interest in high-growth, entrepreneurial, innovative businesses
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Clear leadership and organisational skills
  • Flexibility - in a small business staff are involved in all areas of the work
  • Drive, determination and flexibility
  • Understanding for when hard work is required
  • Confidence to handle challenging situations
  • Easy-going personality and sense of humour
