We're hiring Membership Experience Manager

The role

The Membership Experience Manager is part of a growing marketing team, who are responsibility for supporting and engaging our 190,000 strong membership. You’ll be leading a remote team, delivering our telephone call campaigns.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage a remote team of 20+ part-time agents. This includes managing the team rota, assignment of tasks (notably, call lists), providing feedback, hiring, on-boarding and training of new team members
  • Manage the day to day work allocation of the Talent Team
  • Brief the remote team on their duties and provide support throughout the day
  • Managing a seamless candidate experience in collaboration with client account managers
  • Defining improvement areas in process and how we communicate with our members
  • Tracking and improving on KPIs of the remote team and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Ensuring the remote team is run cost effectively
  • Work with all areas of the business to provide the resource they need to perform

About you

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an operations role
  • Excellent communicator, both in-person and online
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Sociable and a strong relationship builder
  • Interest in the student market
  • Confident and proactive
  • Willingness to work flexibly in a small business environment
  • Driven, proactive and happy to roll up sleeves and get stuck in
  • Creative and solution focused
