Bright Network Values

Personal & Open

We believe in personal support that ensures our members receive the individual guidance they need to get ahead, from our in-house team at Bright HQ, our partner organisations and other members. We take the time to treat every member individually and we pride ourselves on being an open organisation that is straight talking, meritocratic and welcoming.

Bold & entrepreneurial

We’re bold in our thinking and keen to get things done. We relish being proactive, adaptable and flexible. We love ideas and new challenges. We aim to be creative, but with commercial flair so that we can deliver the best results. We want to do everything better, to be more successful and more effective for our members and our clients. As Andy Warhol said, ‘Being good in business is the most fascinating kind of art’. We strive to be a good business by creating value, employing bright people and helping our partner organisations to do the same.

Consultative & innovative

We aim to give free, supportive and bespoke advice and help to all our members. We know our members are highly employable so the question is not ‘if’ they can get a job, but ‘how’ to give them the best support to make sure they’re on the right path and they understand the plethora of options that might be available to them – at whatever stage they may be.

We design every aspect of what we do to do just this – from our exclusive events to our online network. We shall not rest until we understand our clients’ exact needs and what more we can do to help. We want to create a business to be proud of and that serves to provide the best support for our members and our clients.

Friendly & fun

We're lucky to sit in the middle of a super-strong network of members and partner firms. Through these connections our aim is to unleash the potential of people and organisations. We enjoy doing something that is making a difference and for us, this is a vocation rather than just a job. Whilst we work hard, we also value the importance of switching off our brains from time to time. All rest and no play will never be a bright idea.
