What does the Law internship experience involve?
We've partnered with leading firms including Allen & Overy, Clyde & Co, Herbert Smith Freehills, Sidley Austin and Slaughter and May to run sector specific skills sessions to help you gain direct insights into world-renowned law firms and develop all the key skills you need to stand out in future applications. This is what you can expect from your internship experience:
Take part in sector overviews and expert skills sessions delivered by the teams at leading law firms, giving you background into how to undertake a project as well as insights into the industry.
Real world project
Begin your work project to simulate real-life tasks you’d be responsible for during an internship at a commercial law firm. You'll benefit from the opportunity to submit your work and receive insights into how you've performed, as well as where you could improve in future.
After you've finished the project you'll have access to a final skills session and some exclusive new content recorded for December 2020. You'll also receive a certificate on completion of all stages of the course, which demonstrates your skills and ability to employers.
This is a free experience and can be completed fully virtually.
- 25th November - Applications open
- 13th December - Applications close at 10am
- 14th December - Experiences launches - you'll be sent your pack and get an invitation to a 30 minute kick off call at 5pm
- 5th January - Experience finishes (submission deadlines) and a closing event at 4:00-5:15pm

The law internship experience is open to every student and recent graduate over the age of 18.
