Bright Network Women in Leadership
For Bright Network’s second virtual edition of Women in Leadership, we’re looking for 300 of our brightest female and non-binary members to join us in celebrating and supporting women in the workplace.
This event gives you the chance to discover opportunities with world-leading firms. It will include sessions with inspirational women who have overcome various challenges to become leaders and changemakers in their respective fields. They will be able to answer your questions and give advice on how to break into these sought-after sectors. You’ll be able to make connections with those in the graduate and more senior roles that you aspire to, as well as meet the HR teams that would be helping you get there.
Women in Leadership is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded students, receive advice from leading professionals, and hear from firms who are passionate about gender equality. To see the highlights from past editions of this event, see our previous events page.

What people say about this event
It is not often that opportunities are presented to students to engage with top executives and managers, let alone them being women and arising from very competitive industries such as finance and commerce... I was able to ask key questions to a wide range of leaders. Not only did I learn about the steps needed to succeed in management, but I also gained an insight into the work-life balance of such positions. I highly recommend Bright Network. They offer excellent advice, services and events that are crucial for students!
