Graduate Programme 2015
After rotating across the bank on the graduate programme, I joined the sales desk as a generalist. The job involves constantly meeting companies and clients, and sitting with research analysts looking for interesting stock ideas to pitch to clients. There’s a lot to take in when you first start, and the learning curve is steep, but there are not many jobs where you are given the opportunity to learn so much so fast. As Berenberg’s global ambitions continue to grow, I have focused more on helping to build our US franchise, which fortunately involves the opportunity to travel more around the US. Young people are supported to progress quickly at Berenberg and the graduate programme provides the perfect start for this!
