You'll need a good IT degree plus a real passion for technology and its power to transform the way organisations work and behave. So you'll be keen to absorb yourself in SAP or Oracle, and fired up by the idea of making a dramatic difference to your clients' businesses. Curious, eager to try new things, and ready to challenge and be challenged, you'll also have a flair for building rapport and solving problems.

You will get involved in everything from coding and development to installation and testing as you help provide clients with the precise applications they need. This role calls for an IT background and plenty of practical experience, which may well include developing your own applications or websites.
