What was your role when you joined Ford?

What is your favourite thing about working for Ford?

I enjoy the constant innovation that occurs within Ford. New trends such as electrification, AV, new ways customers want to engage with Ford, creates a new demand in which Ford has to constantly respond to.

What has been the biggest surprise?

The roles you have within Ford are what you make of them. There are plenty of opportunity to learn new skills in areas you don't directly work in.

What makes Ford different?

Ford is a well-known brand, with a rich history, and its well positioned for the future. Not many companies have the heritage to backup its future products like Ford has.

What excites you the most about our Commercial Vehicles / Ford Pro business?

Commercial vehicles have been hugely successful for Ford, and now with an organisation focused on how to improve customer's experiences with Ford's products, the Ford Pro organisation will be a centre for innovation and creativity.

Why is this a great time to join the Commercial Vehicles / Ford Pro team?

Ford Pro has just formed in the last year, it really is a great time to join to help shape the direction of the products and services the business is creating as many products are greenfield.

What are your top tips for graduates applying for the Ford Pro graduate scheme?

Be prepared and practice for interviews, you will be calmer and less nervous if you have done the preparation.
