Bright Network Diversity & Inclusion Conference is an all day event of inspirational and aspirational content, which offers 25 leading employers a platform to empower and engage with 200+ pre-screened undergraduates from the following diverse groups:

- Non-selective state-educated students
- Students who were in receipt of free school meals

- Demonstration of extra curricular activities beyond academia
- All attendees having the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and/or a visa
