Do you remember the first time you set foot on Pandora? When was the last time you dunked HARD on your friends just to watch them rage-quit? What does the phrase, “Would you kindly” mean to you?

BioShock, Borderlands, Battleborn, Civilization, Mafia, NBA 2K, WWE 2K, XCOM… and the list is growing. Since 2K began 13 years ago, we’ve been creating games that we are proud of, and are excited to play ourselves. It’s because of the support of our fans that we are able to innovate, explore new worlds and new ways to tell stories. If we’re being 100 percent honest, a lot of us were fans before we started working here.

What it's like to work here

We constantly push ourselves creatively to do the best work of our careers. We want to work with like-minded game devs, artists, engineers, producers, marketing and communications professionals. We’re talking about people who can get the job done, minus the typical corporate BS and red tape. It’s a blend of the company’s NYC roots with a Northern California vibe. We’re direct, open, and you’ll probably meet some new best friends – along with their dogs – sitting nearby.
