In 2022, two award winning organisations joined forces over a shared vision. Fluxx, the UK’s leading innovation agency and northern design powerhouse magneticNorth became Magnetic – bringing together design and innovation to design better futures.

People come to us with their challenges and we help to unpick them. Sometimes that means uncovering new insights into customers that haven’t been seen before. Sometimes it’s about thinking creatively to come up with new ideas and solutions. Sometimes we help design and build beautiful new products and services that solve the problem.

A lot of the time we do all three. We come from all backgrounds and disciplines to focus on one thing: how can we make it better?
