About Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme

The Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme is a unique EU funded partnership between leading financial services employers, academia and the Welsh Financial Services Forum, which aims to build a talent pool to support the growing sector in Cardiff.

Participating employers include Admiral, Atradius, Vauxhall Finance UK plc, DS Smith, Hodge Bank, Lexis Nexis, V12 Retail Finance, Composite Legal Expenses, Development Bank of Wales, Optimum Credit, Principality BS and Legal & General.

We are seeking 7 talented and highly motivated graduates with a 1st / 2.1 degree, to join the programme from March 2018.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to find your future career by sampling a wide spectrum of job roles and corporate cultures, via 3 x 6 month placements across risk, finance, strategy, commercial account management, change management, innovation etc.

You will also benefit from studying a fully-funded postgraduate qualification, designed to give you an excellent grounding in financial services.
