Arup welcomes undergraduates and Master’s students to visit our Nottingham office for our Graduate careers evening. You will have the opportunity to discuss your career with discipline leads, Directors and existing Graduates. A full office tour and refreshments will be offered.
For the 2024 intake Arup will have vacancies across the UK for engineers and technical specialists in the natural and built environment, planners, project managers, and sustainability and digital specialists.
We cover many of these disciplines in our Nottingham and nearby central Birmingham offices.
This careers event is suited to students completing degrees in relevant subjects, who are looking to work in Nottingham, Birmingham or who are interested in wider opportunities to work for us in one of our other many UK offices.
The opportunities are likely to include:-
- Buildings sector including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers.
- Energy and water sector including civil, water and natural environment specialists.
- Transport sector including all aspects of rail planning and engineering, highways engineering and all aspects of geotechnics including geology, hydrogeology, and contaminated land.
- Cities, Planning and Design services including town planning and transport planning.
- Advisory Services including project management, social value, and stakeholder management.
- Technical Services including Acoustics and Fire.
- Climate and Sustainability Services including carbon management, environment assessment, ecology, and biodiversity.
- Digital specialists.
