For our final event, we’ll be focusing on being present in the moment and reconnecting to your thoughts and feelings. We’ll also be joined by Artist and creative producer Najia Bagi who will take you through a series of activities, designed to unleash your creativity and mindfulness in a way you may not have experienced before.

Join expert curator and Artist, Najia Bagi for this session to discover and explore why in difficult times, leaning in to our creativity is essential for wellbeing, focus and productivity. We'll be using just a pencil and paper to unlock your creative mind, reduce stress and learn to find your flow. Creativity stimulates the mind and actually makes us able to take in more information and find creative solutions to learning.
We will use mindfulness to relax, expand our deep listening skills to try music drawing, a fun concrete poetry exercise and we will practise quick and automatic sketching. We will use a journaling exercise before and after the session to help us remember how being creative has helped our wellbeing. No experience required - just some sheets of A4 plain paper and a pencil!
