Society of the Year Awards: Commercial Awareness Award

The fourth annual Society of the Year Awards is back and, this year, we're delighted to announce that the awards ceremony will be in person once again. We know the incredible impact societies have on the communities around them and we're excited to celebrate with you this year. 

Who can apply?

The Commercial Awareness Award, sponsored by Marsh McLennan, is for the UK-based society that has been dedicated to actively improving the commercial awareness of its society members and the wider student community. The society that achieves this award will be a key driving force for this on their campus, creating opportunities for students to make unique connections with and build their knowledge and analysis of City firms and the financial market. (Last year’s award winners were Exeter Student Investment Fund).

What do you win?

The winning society for each award will be announced on Wednesday 8th December and will win £900 for their society. At the awards ceremony on 26th January, you'll also have the chance to win overall Society of the Year 2021 and an additional £1,000 for your outstanding achievements (voted for by the firm sponsors).
