About the Scheme

We have three Graduate Scheme Opportunities available suitable for Graduates who can start in September 2021. These opportunities would suit graduates with degrees in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Software engineering coupled with a keen interest in the automotive industry.

We offer a graduate scheme that develops balanced, informed, and motivated engineers capable of working across the business. The scheme aims to give graduates the opportunity to develop their career aspirations while equipping them with the broad range of experience necessary to work as a team, make decisions, understand the impact of those decisions, and collaborate on future technology and projects. On completion of the scheme, graduates will have gained the necessary understanding and appreciation of the whole product lifecycle within our company.

The scheme will consist of a programme tailored to the individual graduate covering a range of different projects designed to provide key development opportunities in their core engineering discipline. Adequate exposure and appreciation of other areas including but not limited to: Innovation, Requirements Management and Systems Engineering, stakeholder management and Project engineering will form part of the scheme. Graduates will be assigned a senior mentor to provide guidance and support throughout the scheme.
