Each year we recruit a number of high potential graduates for development in their chosen discipline within the Group. As part of this programme, we are seeking to recruit a finance student due to graduate in 2021.

About the Role

The Finance Graduate will participate in a wide range of finance activities from systems implementation and development to budgeting, analysis, strategic business opportunity appraisal and the general development of the effectiveness of the finance function.

We are a growing company and have an excellent record of developing our people within the organisation and welcome applications from ambitious individuals who are looking to build a professional career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to identify their strengths and interests within a professional and fast-paced finance function with a view to identifying areas of long term professional development.

Support will be offered for study for a professional qualification.

Skills & Personal Attributes

The successful candidate will have a Finance degree from a reputable university and will be able to demonstrate the following, preferably from a placement or internship in a commercial environment:

  • An open, inquiring approach and eagerness to learn
  • A flexible, pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Credibility with senior and non-finance management
  • Excellent spreadsheet, analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of finance systems and processes
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work in an organised fashion
