Client Delivery Graduate Programme
You can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients around the world. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions for our clients.
As a key member of project teams, you’ll work directly with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding their unique challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What you’ll learn
In Client Delivery, your passion for technology will help you understand our clients’ biggest technological requirements and help them to understand and successfully deliver complex technology solutions. You will also develop strong data literacy skills which will allow you to read, work with, analyse and communicate with data effectively.
We’ll make sure you are kept up to speed with the latest technologies, innovations and delivery methodology as well as developing new skills in business analysis, testing and project management. We’ll also train you in the best delivery practices such as DevOps, Cloud, Agile & Accenture Delivery Methods. You will also get the opportunity to gain industry certifications across various technologies and delivery methodologies.

What we’re looking for
On the Client Delivery Graduate Programme, we’re looking for a passion to grow and develop, a desire for self-improvement, a curious mind, and a strong work ethic. You will bring a creative and innovative mindset to your work and clients while ensuring the highest quality work delivered on time.
For Client Delivery, you’ll need a university degree in any discipline and a demonstrable passion for technology. You will be an excellent communicator, solution and client focused. You will use your knowledge and experience to work directly with our clients in helping them deliver innovative and cutting-edge enterprise systems to help transform their business.
If you are successful, you will need to be available for a start date between October 2021 and May 2022.
Where you’ll work
You will need to live within commutable distance of your home office which will be Newcastle Upon Tyne. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will need to be prepared to travel and sometimes live away from home for long periods of time.
