We are looking for marketing graduates or if you have graduated in the last 2 years with a marketing degree, this could be the right role for you.
Our Marketing Department has a track-record of developing a pipeline of the right people, with the right skills in the right places. We are looking for enthusiastic Graduates who are eager to pursue a career in marketing on a 2-year fixed placement basis with the intention of a permanent role tailored to your career goals.

You might not know what direction you want your career to take yet, which is why we offer you the freedom to explore. You will undertake four six-month placements over two years, in different marketing areas.
What can you expect?
- The programme is rotational, meaning you will immerse yourself in four different marketing departments, each for 6 months at a time.
- You will be empowered to drive your own career, development, and personal growth.
- Departments included: Brand, ECRM, Affiliates, Communications and Socials.
- To drive your own performance and learning – you’ll receive support, but the programme is challenging, and you’ll be expected to champion your own development.
- Day-to-day your responsibilities will vary, depending on where you are placed at the time.
Qualifications
- Degree or a master’s in Marketing.
- Passion for working as part of a team and ability to work independently.
- A naturally analytical mind-set.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong delivery focus.
- Knowledge of marketing.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Good computer literacy, experienced in MS office tool suite.
Development

Salary, benefits, and work-life balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.

All colleagues will receive 33 days holiday (including banks holidays) when they join us, and this will increase with length of service, up to a maximum of 38 days (including banks holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave in addition to your allocation.
