Affinity Water has an exciting opportunity to become a Commercial Administrator supporting our Commercial Operations Team.
The role
As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial operations of the company.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Commercial Administrator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth execution of various commercial activities.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the execution of departments obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions.
- Support the commercial team in managing client relationships and addressing customer queries.
- Management of general inbox – filing of emails and escalation of actions.
- Data inputting and filing of both hard copy and soft copy data/reports.
- Raising of purchase orders and receipting goods as required.
What you'll need
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Water Industry experience (desirable but not essential)

- Salary: £25,066 (dependent on skills and experience).
- Hours of work: 09:00am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 09:00am - 16:30pm (Friday)
