AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers, empowering our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs.

About the AIG Early Career Programme

When you join AIG, you will be part of a connected cohort community of early career talent participating in a programme that will equip you with the skills and capabilities to enable you to launch your professional career. What you’ll do

  • Spend time in each area of Multinational and learn how we deliver solutions to our biggest global clients
  • Contribute and learn processes across our different teams
  • Work with MN teams and assist in projects
  • Gain exposure to MN systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other interns providing you with a wider knowledge of the company
  • Build relationships internally
  • Participate in training sessions, networking events and mentoring opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
  • Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector
  • Evidence of extra-curricular activities
  • A team player with strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer and Sales orientated behaviors: motivated, proactive, and accountable.
