HR Culture Change Placement Broughton 2024

An opportunity has arisen for an intern to join the UK Culture Change team. This team forms part of a wider transnational culture change organisation spanning the four core countries in Airbus Commercial. The team is currently working on many different projects at a local UK level but also at a transnational level to drive the culture change strategy forward to support the Airbus vision for 2025. This includes being part of the team responsible for deploying the Better Workplace project!
The team is a community of culture and change experts in charge of supporting the business in their cultural evolution towards a global transversal target defined at company level. This includes the support to strategic transformation projects in terms of change management.
This covers four specific areas of focus which include; drive change, boost engagement, foster collaboration & inclusion and grow ownership & accountability. Alongside this the team are also committed to delivering company wide transformation projects such as People Safety @ Work, Better Workplace, Reload, GBS and many more globally.
What you will be doing
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Develop their change management skills.
- Work with the local business community and the transnational team.
- Be involved in the roll out of projects from local culture assessments to company wide engagement surveys.
- Develop stakeholder management, facilitation and project management skills.

Requirements
Please note our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Studying towards a HR, Business Management or Change Management related degree.
- Proficiency in IT (familiarity with Google Suite is important).
- The ability to listen, understand and communicate information.
- The desire to collaborate well within a team.
- Have an interest in culture change projects.
- The desire to improve the working environment of employees at Airbus.
- An open mind to new ways of working and the confidence to share those ideas.
