Proactive, switched on, insightful. That’s you. You’re fascinated by the latest innovations and you know exactly what’s going on in the digital marketplace. It’s how you’ll get to grips with one of our eCommerce specialisms. You could specialise in areas such as Business Analytics, Trading, Financial Planning, Projects and Web Product Optimisation or Fulfilment.

Depending upon your area of interest and your choice of degree, you’ll have exposure to various areas within the department, such as global strategy development & implementation, training & testing, processes & planning as well as technology development & standards. You’ll gain valuable project management skills and build strong stakeholder relationships in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll also spend some time in store at the start of your placement, to give you a real insight into the business. Throughout your 12 months with Aldi you’ll receive lots of training and support to help you succeed in your role. This, combined with working for one of the leading global retailers, is an opportunity not to be missed.
