As a Market Analytics Analyst at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing insights to help guide decision making amongst our global clients. You will dive into data and provide supporting research to our Client Delivery and Business Development teams, as well as advise executive-level client sponsors on recruitment strategies, macroeconomic indicators, labour market trends, and contingent worker pricing.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Insights – Understand macroeconomic data and interpret labour market trends to provide actionable insights to our clients and help guide their decision making.
- Pricing Expertise – Become an expert in contingent labour pricing, using various salary/rate data sources and methodologies. You will need to confidently present pricing guidance to internal AGS teams and client stakeholders.
- Market Research – Conduct regular and ad-hoc market research to support our Programme Office teams in their conversations with client stakeholders. This could comprise of labour market reports or collaborating on quarterly client presentations.
- Industry Expertise – Take the initiative to seek out industry and local market knowledge, to become a subject matter expert.
- Data Manipulation – Clean and manipulate data from various databases to support the Market Analytics team, as well as other analytics and business intelligence teams.
- Implementation Support – Serve as a workstream lead on new client implementations or current client expansion efforts, ensuring they are setup for success in their contingent hiring.
Qualifications
- Be a critical thinker by excelling at interpreting data and turning this into actional insights for our clients.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in your work, as well as being able to operate with minimal oversight.
- Be collaborative in nature, comfortable with working as part of a remote distributed team
- Possess excellent organisation and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and be comfortable with presenting to senior level stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel able to use v-lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulae.
- Experience with SQL and data visualisation tools i.e. Power Bi is preferred but not essential.
