About the role

HR Consultancy provides consultancy services and advice to managers and employees within the organization by facilitating the execution of HR solutions that support the growth of the business and its overall strategy. The global team consists of HR Business Partners and County Leads across 3 regions.

This role works closely with a HR Business Manager based in London and will be responsible for supporting HR Business Management for the team.

The successful candidate and will be tasked to work on refining and further developing people analytics and insights dashboards via Power BI, supporting year-end processes and any other ad-hoc projects or initiatives, and taking the lead on team and meeting management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development of people analytics and insights dashboards via Power BI
  • Prepare presentation and management meeting materials
  • Support HR Consultancy team on year-end processes, i.e., promotion, performance management cycle, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting organization, i.e., agenda, minutes, meeting and discussion notes, and follow-up actions
  • Support HR Business Manager and HR Consultancy leadership team on day-to-day business, and manage other administrative and coordination duties as needed

Business Knowledge / Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data manipulation and analytical skills
  • Experience with Power BI would be a plus
  • Exemplary written communication and presentation skills
  • Previous work experience in HR or Financial Institutions would be a plus
