So you can get to grips with our business, you’ll spend your first 12 month placement working in either Operations or Underwriting. From here on, you’ll be able to tailor the scheme to your individual interests and skills – and there are a wide variety of placement areas on offer. From Claims to Marketing, HR to Project Management, you can choose the three business areas you want to explore for the remainder of your placement, spending six months working in each of them.

Throughout the scheme, you’ll have extensive exposure to talented people across our business, who’ll educate, inspire, and bring out the best in you. To top it all off, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a Level 6 Qualification through the 'Senior Insurance Professional programme' via Chartered Insurance Institute.

Whether you work as part of Allianz UK, LV= General Insurance (LV=GI) or another part of the Allianz group, our opportunities are located across the UK, so it’s likely you’ll need to relocate as soon as it’s safe for us to welcome you in the office.

Potential placement locations

Your placements could be in either Allianz, LV=GI, Petplan, Engineering or Home & Legacy. We have offices across the UK, meaning you could be placed in any of our UK offices for any of your placements. So applicants need to be happy to work across the UK during the scheme.
