Our Operations function plays a vital role in enabling Allianz to succeed as a business. As a diverse teams of experts, Operations forms the foundation of our business and has a variety of career paths available, from front facing Customer Service Agents to IT, Safeguarding, Shared Service and Change specialists. We’ll give you real ownership of challenging objectives and you’ll leave knowing you’ve really contributed to our strategic goals.
This internship offers you the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, as well as understand how an insurance business operates from within. This, coupled with amazing support from your Line Manager and the rest of the team, will give you invaluable insight into what it takes to be part of a large UK business; you’ll be part of something big from day one. Our nine week internship in Operations offers an insight into the diverse and fast-paced roles that interact with every other areas of the business.
What we look for
- Penultimate or final year of studies in honours degree of any discipline
- On target for a 2:1 level or above
- Valid work permit for permanent work in the UK without restrictions after graduation
Locations - Guildford - There may be scope to offer this opportunity in Bristol or Brentford
