Aiviq is a fast-growing Fintech business specialising in data for the Asset Management and Alternatives sector, helping their clients make better decisions by giving them greater understanding of their business. Over the last 3 years we have grown both organically and through acquisition from a team of 3 to a team of 40 across both our London and Belgrade offices. The Role

The Aiviq Graduate Analyst role is varied, working both directly with clients as well as with our internal Product, Engineering and Technology teams to support a number of key activities from managing and growing client relationships to investigating and resolving client data issues.

To our clients you’ll be the face of Aiviq, meaning you’ll understand their requirements as well as developing expertise in both Aiviq products and services and the economic data driving the decisions our client make – one of the industry’s major ‘hot topics’. You’ll also benefit from relevant training and support, with direct coaching from your line manager, as well as other leading experts across the team.

As you develop in the role, you’ll be exposed to the wider Aiviq business, potentially also supporting with sales and commercial activity as well as new client implementations. This is your chance to develop your career and take it to the level you want.

Candidate Profile

Aiviq a looking for candidates that meet the following criteria:

  • Strong academic record
  • Experience of working with a consultancy firm, financial institution or technology firm via internships or direct employment; beneficial but not required
  • Broad knowledge of the Asset Management industry with some knowledge of key business functions
  • Demonstrable experience, affinity and aptitude for:
    • Conceptual thinking and clear and creative communication skills
    • Managing complex situations and relationships
    • Undertaking data analysis with the ability to understand and explain large and complex data sets
    • An aptitude for technology, with technical experience or a desire to learn new skills (e.g. SQL, coding or data analytics and visualisation)
    • Business and commercial acumen
    • Organisation and use of personal productivity and planning tools
    • Project management with agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Open minded, sceptical disposition and a willingness to learn and take on responsibility quickly

  • Video interview
  • Telephone interview
  • Half-day assessment centre
  • Final stage interview

You will know within 7 working days whether you have been successful between interview stages.
