As our business grows we are looking for new Client Partners with a passion for connecting talent with great employers. As a Client Partner, you will own your own client portfolio, and deliver Early Careers recruitment campaigns, ensuring we exceed all client expectations, for clients across our business – clients like Tesco, Network Rail and KPMG.  

What you’ll get involved in

You will be the key contact for each of your clients, driving their campaigns to success. Working with your own team of Recruitment Coordinators and Executives, you’ll receive support on each of your campaigns, from your Account Director and colleagues from the wider business, while mentoring your team, empowering them to deliver across each campaign. You could be involved with:  

  • Delivering a range of recruitment solutions, from Attraction to Technology 
  • Scoping out the work that clients require for their campaign and effectively managing your team to meet these expectations 
  • Creating and running robust project plans for implementation and delivery across your portfolio  
  • Providing reports, analysis and updates to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently  

This is a hybrid opportunity, however; you would be required to work from our head office in Newbury at least two days a week.  

Who you need to be

You should be self-motivated with a positive approach, have a real passion for creating and managing relationships and providing excellent levels of service delivery. Have experience leading and delivering recruitment projects, as well as an understanding of the full recruitment cycle. Other essential skills include: 

  • Great project management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages 
  • Ability to delegate  
  • Superb attention to detail 
  • Team leadership skills
