This role will be supporting the global marketing team of the ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta business line as it focuses on ambitious international growth. The role will report to the Head of Insights and Innovation,  this function supports the growth initiatives of the ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta business line through the creation, deployment and analysis of both market and client research.  The team is also responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the client experience through marketing innovation.

Amongst other responsibilities, the ETF Marketing Insights Analyst will

  • Undertake competitor analysis
  • Monitor competitor advertising and social media activities
  • Provide audience insights
  • Develop and deploy marketing research across Europe and Asia
  • Explore key third party research from competitors and other core sources
  • Analyse primary and secondary data to make recommendations to the marketing team for further research or changes to the client experience
  • Stay on top of new technologies and trends across the market and beyond

Minimum education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of being enthusiastic, inquisitive and interested in Asset Management
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly organized with excellent abilities to multi task
  • Excellent time management skills and a team player
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, at ease with developing ideas and assuming responsibilities
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) suite of applications and creative tools such as Canva
  • Fluent in English with another language preferable but not essential
