At Anthony Collins, we’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team, helping us deliver high-quality, socially focused legal services while ensuring we meet regulatory standards.
In this role, you will support our lawyers and teams across the firm by handling business acceptance processes, including conflict checks and client identification checks, ensuring we comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations.
You’ll be part of a supportive compliance team and work closely with colleagues across the firm, giving you the chance to build your confidence, develop your knowledge, and grow your career in a values-led law firm.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out conflict checks within our systems and communicating with our lawyers and teams.
- Reviewing new client and matter records to ensure compliance with money laundering regulations.
- Using our online tools, like Smart Search, to complete ID verification checks.
- Conducting ongoing monitoring to keep our records up to date and compliant.
- Supporting scheduled reviews to ensure our files meet regulatory and quality standards.
About the candidate
- You will be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- You'll have a proactive, positive mindset, ready to find solutions and keep work moving.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right.
- Comfortable using systems and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- A confident communicator, able to work with people across different teams.
- An interest in compliance, quality standards and understanding how they support our clients and our firm.
