Our fast-paced, fun team provides user support and services in a fast-growing business, facilitates end-user training, and help our users to make the most of our collaboration tools and services. Everyone at Apple depends on our team’s communications skills and attention to detail. We are looking for an intern - undergraduate in their 3rd year of a Computer related degree - to work with our team responsible for end user support for our sites in region. Key qualifications

  • Studying in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Design, or related fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Description

You will be an active and innovative team member, contributing to development and effectiveness, and undertaking other tasks as required. Stay abreast of advances in technology, recommend improvements in technology (hardware and software upgrades), and assist in the evaluation of new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Be an integral part of our team with a focus on providing support and improving the employee experience. Support our employees with hardware and software related issues on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Support onsite services across our UK offices such as printing, meeting rooms systems and digital signage. Support onsite and remote events Assist with the deployment and management of core services. Increase productivity for our employees utilising a variety of tools and services.

Education Experience

Currently studying in 3rd year of a computer related degree
