The Role

Due to continued investment and organic growth of the business, we are undergoing a period of significant expansion and as such require a Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing of top candidates across all of our business streams. They will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle and will be expected to assist with the ambitious growth plans of the company by taking an innovative and creative approach.

Duties include

  • Managing the full recruitment process for candidates applying across our business streams
  • Creating new social media content
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, universities and agency suppliers
  • Organising recruitment events, and attending careers fairs
  • Advertising roles online and using other media sources
  • Proactively sourcing candidates

Essential criteria

  • 2.1 degree or above in HR Management, Business Management or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, ROI, USA and Asia as may be required
  • Excellent time management skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience a recruitment role would be advantageous, but not necessary
