Programme Description

Our graduate GROW programme is a three-year accelerated learning programme that focuses on professional chartership. As a GROW graduate you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership. You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.

Project Management GROW Programme

On the Project Management GROW Programme you’ll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.  

The Project Management GROW Programme at Arcadis is perfect for graduates who wish to be able to experience a wide variety of sectors and achieve Chartership as quickly as possible. 

Qualifications & Experience

• You will be graduating in 2023 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Masters or Bachelors degree
• We welcome students from all degree backgrounds for our Project Management GROW Programme and will support with MSc conversions and Charterships (subject to levy eligibility)
• You will enjoy working in a team environment and have the confidence to work under pressure
• You will be innovative & creative
• Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity
• Be a strategic and analytical thinker
• Excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge appropriate for the area you are applying to
• Relevant work experience through internships would be advantageous  
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
