As an Aviation Project Manager at Arup, you will

  • Assist with the day-to-day project management of aviation projects – obtaining specialist input from discipline specialists as required.  
  • Work with and inputting to multi-discipline design and delivery teams across a broad range of projects for our aviation clients.  
  • Participation, tracking and managing actions in live operational projects on site with the Arup Aviation team for our airport clients.  
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Working towards Engineering, Project Management, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Aviation management or a related degree qualification.   

Self-motivated with a keen interest in the aviation industry.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, willing to learn and seek feedback 
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines and prioritise task 
  • Knowledge of basic project management: project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation 
  • Thinking outside the box through problem solving and application of critical thinking to Aviation projects 
  • Ability to summarise information and analyse datasets 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Excel 

Additional Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, AutoCAD, Power Automate, and knowledge of basic coding language (C++, C#, or SQL) is also beneficial but not required.
