Do you enjoy analysing data to identify patterns and generate insight? How about using your maths and coding skills to influence how millions of us shop every week?
On this programme, you will gain hands-on experience across Data Science, Data Visualisation and Data Engineering.
Working with open-source technologies like R and Python, you'll form part of a growing data community whose aim is to encourage the practice of objective data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of continuous learning through the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
We want to help you develop breadth and depth of experience, so over two years you'll complete two to three rotations. This will give you an opportunity to build your network, develop new skills and gain insights into our industry by working across different parts of our business.

As part of this programme, you will also complete an apprenticeship in Leadership & Management to help you develop the mind-set, behaviours and skills that are vitally important to ensure we continue to embrace the constant changes we see across retail. This is a thoroughly modern apprenticeship offering you a mix of digital content, interactive games and immersive exercises as well as the chance to apply what you've learned, pretty much from day one. The result is learning that doesn't feel like learning, and that's both more rewarding and more productive.
Your ability to build relationships and communicate complex information to a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders will be key to the success of the real-life projects you will be working on. Analysing a variety of commercial problems, you'll find patterns and anomalies, suggesting solutions to drive our performance and fine-tune our processes.
You'll have a keen interest in future technologies, strong research and critical thinking skills and an inquisitive mind-set.
