How you'll drive success
- Keep our product catalogue up to date, making sure all products are optimised and launched in line with our trading calendar.
- Plan and schedule homepage updates, new content, and key promotions, ensuring everything aligns with our global and regional marketing calendars.
- Deliver our on-site merchandising strategy, always looking for ways to boost key metrics like conversion and AOV.
- Track performance through regular weekly trade reporting, sharing insights with the wider team.
- Support our Wholesale team by providing product launch sheets.
- Conduct regular industry research and analysis, allowing us to stay at the forefront of ecommerce developments among our competitor set.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the business to manage updates across our UK, EU, and US sites, bringing in customer insights to help shape smart merchandising decisions.
- Work closely with teams like Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly day-to-day.
What you'll need to thrive
- Our core values resonate with you personally, with a willingness to grow and get stuck into exciting departmental and company wide projects.
- Previous experience working in Ecommerce, with a desire to expand your knowledge, and experience using Shopify E-commerce platform is a bonus.
- You have a strong eye for detail, a flexible and reactive approach to problem solving.
- You’re a collaborative team player, good at multi-tasking and communicating.
The interview process and candidate experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
