We have created and continue to develop a collection of statistical and mathematical models that allow sporting outcomes to be predicted with unparalleled accuracy.
The Role
This is a new opportunity to join the ATASS Sports IT Team based at Oxygen House, Exeter. ATASS Sports are part of the Oxygen House Group which is a Certified B Corporation. We are currently working remotely and are in the process of trialling a flexible hybrid working model. There will be an ongoing requirement for the role holder to regularly attend our Exeter office and will be a point of IT contact for staff who are working in the office.
You will be joining a team of five working in a hybrid environment managing on-premise systems in the early stages of cloud migration. You can expect a varied role that branches out into virtualisation (VMware), networking and infrastructure as required. With a small team in a busy office, you will need to get involved in all aspects from project work to Helpdesk tickets.

Some of our best project work has grown out of personal interests and a candidate would be encouraged to explore areas they enjoy working on. Some of the projects we have worked on over the past twelve months are:
- Office 365 migrations
- Internal security improvements through implementing CIS controls
- VPN and remote access improvements
Requirements
You’ll be eager to learn and have a strong interest in IT technologies. You’ll be able to communicate at all levels, love working in a team, and have exceptional problem solving and organisational skills.
Essential
- Willingness to learn on the job and grow into a dedicated role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
Desirable
- Experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or similar role
- Understanding of Microsoft products including Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
- Understanding of virtualisation and associated technologies
- Understanding of network technologies including DNS/DHCP, switches, firewalls, VLANs/VPN
