We are environmental design consultants, finding ways for buildings to tread more lightly on the planet. We are also lighting designers who illuminate spaces with beauty and efficiency. And we are building services engineers. We know our way around all the elements that bring structures to life, from pipes to ducts to wires.
On some projects we wear all three hats at once, sometimes just one or two. On every project, we are spurred by the challenge of doing more with less. Every day weexplore what it means to make architecture part of the wider environmental system. A pretty big concept when you think about it.
The role
As an innovative multidisciplinary firm of building services engineers, environmental design consultants and lighting designers, we are looking for a full-time intern to join the environmental team in our London office for the 2022 summer.
- You could be shadowing senior environmental employees.
- You will also be given an opportunity to take up assignments and think outside the box.
The successful candidate will work to support Atelier Ten’s integrated design groups to provide project teams the full range of our services, which include;
- environmental design consulting,
- daylight and shading design,
- lighting design and
- benchmarking program management.
About you
- Candidates are required to be studying studying in a field related to environmental building design
- Be hardworking, ambitious and meticulous
- Confident communicator who is fluent in written and spoken English.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience related to environmental building design, engineering, and/or consulting.
