Specific duties
- Full remit of Client and Office Account cashiering duties, timely and accurate processing of all data
- Nominal and Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- BACS and CHAPS payments
- Reviewing completion and distribution statements
- Credit control
- Report to the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration
About you
To be successful in this role you will need
- Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
- Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
- The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
- Driving licence is preferable as the head office is not on a public transport route
Experience required
- Full training will be given but demonstrable experience in an accounts setting would be advantageous

Additional information
Full time Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 or Part Time Monday to Friday 9.00 to 1.00. Hybrid working once fully trained, days to be agreed (flexible week on week)
