Your role

Join us as a Graduate within our Transportation Signalling Business and help us to shape the future of transport by helping our clients deploy the latest transportation communications and control system technologies to provide safe, punctual, fast and environmentally efficient journeys to millions of people.

You’ll deliver the technology systems that will help our clients manage and optimise tomorrow’s railway, highways and airport infrastructure. Our teams drive innovative projects from industry leading Railway Signalling & Telecoms systems, Smart Motorway solutions, and Real-time Passenger Information systems at the UKs largest airport, Heathrow.

We advise on everything from strategic direction to the detailed design, installation and commissioning of these systems on our client’s railway, roads and aviation infrastructure.

As one of the team, we'll trust you to help our clients make the right decisions to best realise their development goals.

All our teams include the opportunity to rotate between Design, office-based assignments, site-based construction and testing placements during the first 1-2 years of your employment.

You’ll always have a contractual Atkins office location, you’ll be expected to be available to travel to collaborate at another Atkins Office, a client site to take advantage of project opportunities as they arise.

Meeting your needs
