Axiom is seeking an Account Executive with a passion for healthcare communications.
You will provide project assistance support to our Account Managers, Account Directors and the scientific writing team in delivering excellence, making work as simple and easy as possible for our internal teams and delighting our clients.
You will be joining our UK team, who produce award-winning creative and scientific communications for our EU pharmaceutical clients. Our services include strategic communications planning and creative execution of internal engagement and field team training programmes, as well as HCP and patient engagement and educational programmes and materials.
The role involves working in a highly collaborative environment working with specialist talent across creative, scientific writing, learning solutions, hybrid and virtual, events, digital, film, exhibitions and print.
Our office is based in London, however we will provide the opportunity to work flexibility between the office and from home.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks on time and to expectations
- Support the Senior teams on projects to ensure that are well supported
- Demonstrates excellence and professionalism throughout all its supportive communications and documentation.
- Desk research
- Internal and external meeting coordination and support
- Client communication management and project status reporting
- Project tools administration
- Budget administration
- Internal cross-discipline talent coordination
- Creative studio management
Requirements
- Degree level qualification or equivalent work experience within the healthcare industry (life sciences degree desirable)
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Pride in attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Excellent written English
- Excellent numeracy skills
