As a Human Factors engineer, you’ll help to ensure our products are safe, and operable, accessible, effective and habitable for the human user.

Responsibilites

Human Factors (HF) engineers support the Human Engineering process by applying specific knowledge and analytical methods covering the full breadth width of the HF skill set. In particular this includes human performance, interface and UX design along with physical ergonomics to optimise the interaction between the human and machine. The aim is to ensure the resulting system/service is usable, enabling the operator to be able to fulfil their mission, achieve their goals and be supported in their tasking within the given operational environment. As such we work closely with other disciplines such as software, simulation, training and flight operations throughout the lifecycle from initial concepts to in service support.

Requirements

As a minimum requirement you`ll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s degree.
