On a Summer Internship, over 12 weeks, you will be expected to be involved in a number of areas in order to develop a broad understanding of the Products and Services we are involved with.
The Information Management and Technology (IM&T) function exists to enhance BAE Systems competitive edge, deliver operational excellence and accelerate innovation in IM&T, our mission is to deliver a world class IM&T experience through innovative business and customer engagement. By providing the IT for almost every aspect of the business, our technology touches every corner from Engineering design tools to Manufacturing systems delivering cutting edge capability, from Finance and Procurement systems to Data Analytics
Responsibilities
- Helping to project manage IM&T projects delivering capability to the business and our customers
- Developing Data Solutions to enhance business understanding and performance
- Maintaining and improving design, business and manufacturing systems used to develop our world leading products
- Working with our in house customers to understand and shape their requirements for IT systems
Requirements
As a minimum requirement you`ll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s degree.
