As a graduate engineer you would be expected to be involved in a number of areas in order to develop a broad understanding of the Training Analyst function.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of an international organisation that works closely with the British Armed Forces as well as an array of worldwide customers and stakeholders. This role will give experience into developing solutions that will directly influence how they are trained and operate.

Variety is key in this role, whether it is the stakeholders you will be engaging with or the cutting edge systems you are working on ; you will be expected to be agile and adaptable to meet the customer’s and business’ demands.

As part of your development you will be mentored by experienced members of the team as well as supported by the wider project team to ensure you receive the best for your continuous progression.

Follow your passion with the following responsibilities

You will gain invaluable experience in the development of training solutions through analysing (workplace) activities and identifying customer requirements; which ultimately contribute towards the business’ performance and financial outcome.

With the support and guidance from the Business unit and the project team, you will be responsible for:

a)    Engaging with customers and other stakeholders
b)    Production of Project reports
c)    Reviewing current/proposed training solutions. 
d)    Conducting progress reviews with customer and the wider project team

What we require

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
