Working in Procurement enables you to take up a variety of roles to help ensure that we deliver the right products, at the right time and at the right cost to the required quality.
Your role will be varied; ranging from undertaking supplier visits to a more analytical focus of developing procurement strategies.
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week.

What you’ll be doing
- Rotations through the Procurement teams supporting both Category Management and working within Integrated Project Teams.
- Ensuring that activities deliver value for money through planned and skilful management including coordinating supplier selection.
- Responsible for contract negotiations, placement and management of all third party requirements in relevant categories and projects.
- Responsible for subsequent and appropriate management of the supply base (SRM) monitoring and improving performance.
- Developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, you will also be responsible for producing key reports and presentations to those same stakeholders.

- Through Life Cycle Management (LCM), plan and monitor all in-scope transactional procurement and contracting activity.
- Manage supplier risk, seek out, identify and deliver opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Record and report cost savings / cost avoidance and deliver ongoing cost analysis.
- Undertake the continuous review of Supplier performance and development activities using business Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain Procurement systems with quality, accurate information relating to the procurement activity and in accordance with the Document Management Policy and process.
