The Role

The graduate programme is designed to give you ownership of your career aspirations, supported by training and practical experience to help you succeed. After an induction in your chosen UK business, you’ll be assigned a mentor who will offer insights and experience when you need it. You’ll also participate in development modules with graduates across our different businesses. All of this is designed to complement your career development, fuel your ambition, and give depth to your training and career.

Requirements

To join us on the graduate programme you must have a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a subject related to your chosen area of work. Once you begin your search you will find specific details on preferred degrees within each role type. We’ll also look for you to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and analytical skills and have the flexibility and resilience to thrive at BAE Systems.

We ask all candidates to apply online using our application form to ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent. We now offer multiple intakes from September, January and June for all our roles. However, once sufficient applications are received we may close the role(s). Your online application will involve a number of numerical, verbal and situational strength tests. If you are successful you will have a video interview, and selected candidates will then be invited to a face-to-face interview on site.
