As part of the engineering discipline team of the Site Engineering - Technical Authority, you will work to provide engineering technical support for site. This will cover a number of major engineering systems, facilities, structures, site infrastructures or production related equipment in support of manufacturing activities.

The Technical Authority also provides site engineering support on technical matters to other departments and stakeholders of site facilities when required and forms an integral part of site safety risk cell working groups.

Follow your passion with the following responsibilities

You will provide technical support for the lifecycle of assets from project requirement capture through to disposal, set site engineering standards and provide technical advice/support on discipline as a 'subject matter expert'.

The role will also require integration with area Site Engineering - Engineering Authorities to meet a coherent and prioritised set of demands, tailor and apply engineering processes, tools and approaches to develop innovative solutions.

You will provide assurance and governance that engineering designs for site and facilities equipment and installations comply with relevant engineering standards, statutory regulations and safety requirements. Specific tasks include giving technical advice, identification of requirements, review of designs and audit of installations and documentation.

The role includes defining, planning, managing and delivering Technical Authority activities and creating documentation in accordance with the requirements, legislation/processes and setting site technical standards.

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
